Disposition versions
55. Where the Régie holds a hearing or consultation in order to provide advice under section 42 or 57 of the Act respecting the Régie de l’énergie (chapter R-6.01), on its own initiative or at the Minister’s request, it must determine, in its instructions, the procedure for the public hearing or consultation.
